Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DELUXE DELUSIONS LTD handles information on deluxedelusions.uk, in enquiries and shopping, and through the Delusion Engine and restricted WorkHub tool. The website and shopping section applies to visitors and customers. Sections 1–10 concern the Delusion Engine; section 11 concerns WorkHub social publishing.

Website, enquiries and shopping

This section covers deluxedelusions.uk. The sections below also explain the Delusion Engine and WorkHub. The website is operated by DELUXE DELUSIONS LTD (company number 17253137). For privacy questions, contact founder@deluxedelusions.uk.

When you submit our contact form or email an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, message and any details you choose to include. We use them to respond, prepare a requested quote and manage the relationship. Our basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to other correspondence. We retain correspondence while needed for these purposes and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Please avoid sending information that is not needed for your enquiry.

For physical card game launch updates, we use your name and email address with the consent you give on the registration form. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us. The contact form uses a session cookie for security and duplicate-submission protection, and short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit spam. Messages are delivered to our founder mailbox; they are not published on the website.

Our hosting provider processes the technical information needed to serve and protect the website, which can include IP addresses, requested pages and browser information. This supports our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

The clothing selection and Hades enquiry basket save product choices, sizes and quantities in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us by saving a selection. Use “Clear selection” or the basket's clear control, or clear this site's data in your browser, to remove them. An enquiry is sent only when you submit the contact form. Opening the form carries over your selection for you to review.

Orders for merchandise take place in our separate Fourthwall shop. Fourthwall processes checkout, payment, delivery and order-support information under its privacy policy. Final pricing and delivery charges are shown there. We may receive the order information needed to support customers and administer sales; payment details are entered at the shop, not on this website.

Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's image servers. An embedded YouTube video is loaded when you choose to play it. YouTube and linked social platforms process information under their own policies, including the Google Privacy Policy. The website's own scripts do not include advertising or analytics trackers.

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, object where applicable, and withdraw consent where consent is used. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.

11. WorkHub Social Publishing

WorkHub is used by the Deluxe Delusions owner and authorised operators to approve videos and send them to selected Deluxe Delusions social accounts. It connects to YouTube through the YouTube API Services, to the standalone Instagram professional account through Instagram Login, and to the Deluxe Delusions Facebook Page through Meta. A restricted TikTok sandbox is used to test sending a draft video to an authorised creator's TikTok inbox. The TikTok API route is not enabled for public posting.

For YouTube, WorkHub requests youtube.upload to upload approved videos and youtube.readonly to identify the authorised channel and verify the resulting post. For Instagram, WorkHub requests instagram_business_basic to identify the authorised professional account and access its media, and instagram_business_content_publish to publish approved Reels. WorkHub does not request Instagram messaging or comment-management access for this feature. For the Facebook Page, WorkHub requests pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, pages_manage_engagement, and pages_read_user_content to identify the authorised Page, stage and verify Page videos, and support separately approved Page engagement. For the TikTok sandbox, WorkHub requests user.info.basic to identify the authorised test account and video.upload to deliver a test video to that creator's inbox for review. It does not request TikTok Direct Post permission for this test.

WorkHub stores connected account and channel identifiers, encrypted access and renewal tokens, approved videos and platform exports, their hashes, captions and titles, approval records, upload and processing checkpoints, and verified post identifiers and links. It uses these records to publish to the selected account, verify the outcome, prevent duplicate posts and record the result in the PIOS archive. The approved video and accompanying text are sent to the selected platform.

Connection tokens are retained while the account remains connected. Publication and approval records are retained for the Deluxe Delusions archive and duplicate prevention while needed for those purposes. Restricted backups may retain earlier copies until normal backup rotation. Access to WorkHub and its token store is restricted, and tokens are encrypted at rest.

The account owner can revoke access through Google Account connections or the relevant Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account settings. To request access to or deletion of WorkHub data, or to disconnect an account, contact founder@deluxedelusions.uk. We will stop using a disconnected token and handle retained operational records and backups according to the request and applicable obligations.

Use of YouTube through WorkHub is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy, and TikTok Privacy Policy for those platforms' processing.
